Sample reference
Confirm the finish, dimensions, cable feel, connector fit and brand presentation against an agreed sample.
Smartphone accessory manufacturing, sample approval and model-specific evaluation work together.
Blackraptor manufactures smartphone accessories for OEM and ODM customers. Our 3,000 m² factory is located in Qingxi Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.
Our cable production covers USB-A to USB-C, USB-C to USB-C, USB-C to Lightning and custom configurations. Share your brief to discuss other smartphone accessory projects.
For cable production, processes include automated soldering and vertical injection moulding, alongside semi-automatic dispensing and cable tying. Heat-shrink packaging equipment supports selected finishing and packing processes.
Our manufacturing service brings together product configuration, sample review, branding, packaging and production. OEM projects can follow a defined specification, while ODM projects develop a product direction through feasibility review and sampling.
Approved samples and agreed specifications provide the reference for each order. Applicable product evaluation and destination-market documentation are confirmed during qualification.
| Evaluation area | Manufacturing capability | Project confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanical durability | Flex testing, insertion life, tensile and push-force evaluation | Test method, sample size and acceptance criteria. |
| Environmental exposure | Salt spray and high/low temperature evaluation | Conditions appropriate to the selected material and product. |
| Electrical performance | DC resistance, electronic-load and cable testing | Charging profiles, conductor design and compatibility. |
| Charging evaluation | Ageing equipment and a 240W cable testing instrument | Model-specific power validation and test records. |
Evaluation requirements are agreed for the selected product. Equipment availability does not establish that a specific product has passed testing. Test records and compliance documents are reviewed for the selected model.
We review product appearance, construction, charging compatibility and performance requirements together before manufacturing.
Confirm the finish, dimensions, cable feel, connector fit and brand presentation against an agreed sample.
Review the relevant test criteria, electrical specification, e-marker configuration and destination requirements.
Record the final configuration, packaging, inspection requirements, warranty arrangement and shipment schedule.
Use the approved sample and written specification as the project reference. Confirm the inspection plan, record requirements and traceability expectations during qualification.
Agree checks for cable materials, connectors, housings and packaging against the approved specification.
Define the assembly checkpoints and checks for the selected soldering, moulding and finishing processes.
Specify charging and continuity checks, resistance, compatibility and relevant mechanical evaluations for the chosen construction.
Confirm inspection scope, sampling, acceptance criteria, packing checks and records required before shipment.
Discuss the material specification, approved sample reference, test methods and results, inspection records and lot identification you require. Availability and scope are confirmed for the selected product.
Share your destination market and intended product claims. This checklist helps structure the documentation review for your project.
| Review area | Information to confirm | Buyer review |
|---|---|---|
| Product identity | Model, revision, connector format, construction and approved sample | Match documentation to the exact ordered configuration. |
| Performance | Charging profiles, conductor design, data capability and compatibility | Specify the claim and agree how it will be evaluated. |
| Destination requirements | Applicable product, material, labelling and packaging requirements | Review the selected product and destination before quoting compliance. |
| Documents & test records | Report reference, issuer, scope, validity where applicable and model coverage | Request the relevant records for review; do not infer coverage from another model. |
| Brand-specific programmes | Any licensed connector, logo or compatibility programme requested | Confirm authorisation and the scope for the selected product. |
