Does Blackraptor manufacture accessories beyond charging cables?
Yes. Blackraptor manufactures smartphone accessories for OEM and ODM customers. The collection shown here focuses on charging and data cable design studies. Cable configurations include USB-A to USB-C, USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to Lightning. Contact our sales team to discuss the product category, specifications and manufacturing requirements for your wider accessory range.
Are the products shown ready for immediate purchase?
The current collection presents industrial design and colour/material/finish studies. These are starting points for product discussions. Production feasibility, final construction, availability and specifications are confirmed during project development.
Does 240W mean every displayed design has passed a power test?
No. The 240W marking in the design collection is a power target. Final conductor construction, e-marker configuration, charging profiles, device compatibility and test results must be reviewed for the selected model. Data and video capabilities are specified separately.
Do you welcome OEM and ODM business?
Yes. We welcome both OEM and ODM smartphone accessory projects. OEM can follow a defined specification under your brand. ODM starts with your product brief and develops the appearance, materials and construction through feasibility review and sampling. Product configuration, logo application, colours and packaging are agreed before production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Order quantity depends on the selected construction, colour, branding and packaging requirements. Share your expected quantity so we can discuss a suitable quotation and production plan.
How do sample arrangements work?
We first align on the brief and configuration, then confirm sample availability, sample charges where applicable and the review schedule. An approved sample and agreed specifications become the reference for the project.
What are your lead time and payment terms?
Lead time and payment terms are confirmed in the project quotation and order agreement. Timing depends on the selected product, sample approval, materials, production schedule and packing requirements.
Which certifications or compliance documents can you provide?
Requirements vary by product and destination. Share your target markets so the applicable testing and documentation can be reviewed for your selected model. A generic capability does not establish certification for every model.

How are warranty and quality issues handled?
Warranty scope, acceptance criteria, inspection requirements and the process for reported quality issues are agreed for the selected product and order. Please include any market-specific requirements in your brief.
Can we arrange delivery to a nominated forwarder?
Tell us the delivery location and intended shipping arrangements. Handover, packing documents and shipment responsibilities are confirmed as part of the agreed order terms.
How do I submit a project enquiry?
